  4. In here are alternative applications.

  6. In the case of Messenger, if you would rather use Messenger than TTFN, then copy it into the !AcornetF.Apps directory before you run it for the first time. It should then become the default reader, simply because M comes before T (for TTFN).

  8. The reason TTFN is the default is because it takes up a lot less memory than Messenger and can be run at the same time as being logged on on a machine with only 4MB Ram.  If your machine has more memory than 4, then you will have no problems with using Messenger at the same time.
